Personalized Vendor Profiles
No more pouring over dozens of websites, taking wild guesses about pricing, availability, and services.
Our vendor profiles provide a snapshot of three to five vendors of the same category. Each vendor has been vetted for their fit to your celebration, including availability on your date and pricing within your budget range. Each of the profiles includes contact information, photos, description of services. and reviews.
Browse at your leisure, and a Bespoke Socials planner will follow up to make sure you've found the vendor of your dreams.
Vendor Meet & Greets
A Vendor Meet & Greet expands on the vendor profiles in an immersive way, bringing you and your favorites together in an interactive opportunity to experience their services first-hand.
Start with a meeting to explain your vision, then your planner will send you profiles of vendors who would be perfect for your day. After narrowing down to two or three favorites, you and your planner get to meet the vendors in person.
You'll head home with a planning guide to help make the big decision. A planning guide is your tool for seamless and confident vendor selection: What you can expect to pay, which services to consider, and a chart thoughtfully organized to most effectively compare and contrast the services of the vendors in your profiles.
Gain the confidence you need to execute your vision in a hands-on consultation with a design expert. Your designer will put together two mood boards to explore ideas and color palettes, then create a stylized mock-up for you to see your vision up close and in person before the big day.
You'll leave with a guide to recreating the design yourself with a shopping list, pricing guide, and rental information.
